摘要
在碱性条件下 ,N 溴代琥珀酰亚胺 (NBS)氧化 2 氨基丁酸 ,反应能量激发共存的荧光物质 ,产生化学发光。基于此 ,建立了一种测定痕量 2 氨基丁酸的流动注射化学发光分析方法。 2 氨基丁酸浓度在 3.0×1 0 -4~ 0 .1g/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系 ;对 5mg/L的 2 氨基丁酸进行 1 1次平行测定 ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 2 .0 % ;根据IUPAC建议 ,计算出 2 氨基丁酸检出限 (3σ)为 8× 1 0 -5g/L。将本法用于化学去龋剂中 2 氨基丁酸含量的测定 。
A flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of 2-aminobutyric acid is described. The method is based on the chemiluminescence emitted during the oxidation of 2-aminobutyric acid by N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) in alkaline medium in the presence of fluorescent compound as energy transfer. The detection limit was 8 x 10(-5) g/L(3sigma) the linear range of determination was 3.0 x 10(-4) similar to0. 1 g/L with the relative standard deviation of 2.0% (C = 5.0 kg/L, n = 11). The recommended method has been successfully used for analysis of carives removel system with a satisfactory result.
