摘要
目的:探讨胎鼠、新生鼠供体的免疫原性及新生鼠、成年鼠的免疫耐受性,建立延长移植组织存活时间的方法。方法:分别将胎鼠、新生鼠的肾上腺组织块种植于成年鼠和新生鼠的肾被膜下,于术后7 d、14 d、21 d、35d处死动物,切取移植物进行大体观察和组织学检查,同时取血标本进行皮质酮测定。结果:种植于成年鼠的胎鼠肾上腺组织全部存活;种植于成年鼠和新生鼠的新生鼠。肾上腺组织则全部被排斥;种植于新生鼠的胎鼠肾上腺组织有少部分存活。结论:胎鼠供体的免疫原性明显低于新生鼠供体,新生鼠作为受体其免疫耐受性并不比成年鼠强,甚至弱于成年鼠。
Aim : To explore the immunogenicity of the fetal and the newborn donor rat adrenal tissue as well as the immunotolerance of the newborn and the adult rat as recipients. Methods: The donor adrenal tissues from the fetal and the newborn rats were respectively implanted into the renal subcapsule of the recipients (the newborn and the adult rats). Recipients were respectively killed on 7th, 14th, 21th,and 35th day after operation and the grafts were removed for general observation and histologic examination. Meanwhile, blood was extracted from the recipients for the assay of corticosterone. Results: All of the fetal adrenal tissue implanted into the adult rats survived. The fetal adrenal tissue implanted into the newborn rats only partly survived. The newborn adrenal tissues implanted into the newborn and the adult rats were completely rejected. Conclusions: The results showed that the immunogenicity of the fetal tissue was weaker than that of the newborn tissue. The newborn recipients were less immunotolerant than the adult recipients and even weaker than the adult recipients in immunotolerance.
