摘要
采用微絮凝/超滤技术对天津汉沽盐场海水进行了处理,试验结果表明:在混凝剂和次氯酸钠的最佳投量分别为2.8mg/L、3.3mg/L时,浊度、COD的去除率分别从98.0000,36.000提高到99.9900和57.000,超滤对SDI的去除率较微絮凝提高了5300.而且微絮凝工艺减缓了海水对膜的污染.
The seawater in Hangu saltern of Tianjin is treated with the technology of micro-flocculation and ultrafiltration.When the optimum using quantity of FeCl_3 and NaClO is 2.8 mg/L and 3.3 mg/L respectively,the experimental result shows that the removal rate of turbidity and COD increases from 98.00~0_0 and 36.0~0_0 to 99.99~0_0 and 57.0~0_0 respectively,and the removal rate of SDI with ultrafiltration is 53~0_0 more than that with micro-flocculation.And the pretreatment of micro-flocculation results in the reduction of membrane pore fouling.
