摘要
随着电子商务的迅猛发展,企业可以从世界各地低价快速地获得各种生产资源,企业的外部成本大幅度下降。在这种情况下,企业会把自己的全部精力放在争取客户上,企业的需求链成为企业生存的生命线,因此在工业经济时代产生的企业供应链管理必然向需求链管理转变,同时社会化的资源供应网络也会应运而生。详细分析了企业供应链管理向需求链管理转变的必然性及其对全球经济的影响,探讨了需求链管理在互联网上的运行模式,同时还研究了服务链管理———需求链管理中质量管理的新理念。
With the rapid popularization of electronic commerce (EC) enterprises can get any production resources from any corner of the world very quickly and in the cheaper price. The external trade cost for the enterprises will be greatly reduced. In this situation enterprises will pay their whole attention to the customer. The supply chain management (SCM) of the enterprises will be changed into demand chain management (DCM), on the other hand the supply network with the characteristic of socialization will be come out accordingly. The reasons for this revolutionary change from SCM to DCM will be analyzed and its great influence on the global economy and its operations pattern on Web will be discussed in the paper. Meanwhile the service chain management —— a new concept of quality management in DCM is also studied.
