摘要
在分析LMS算法的基础之上,对作为其改进算法的ELMS算法进行了研究,并对二者的性能进行了分析比较,指出了ELMS算法的优越性。进而,提出了一种变步长ELMS算法(VSS-ELMS),理论分析和计算机仿真均表明该算法具有较快的收敛速度和更好的稳态性能,可以很好地应用于自适应系统中。
Based on analysis of LMS algorithm, the ELMS algorithm is researched, which is regarded as an improved algorithm of LMS. The performances of the two algorithms are analyzed and compared, and the advantages of ELMS are pointed out. Then, a variable step size ELMS algorithm is proposed, the theoretical analysis and computer simulation indicate that the new algorithm has quite fast convergence rate, better steady performance and can be applied to adaptive systems effectively.
