摘要
从武陵山区玉米地方品种中选取10个有代表性的品种与10个骨干玉米自交系,进行各类性状的比较研究,并选择出群间显著差异性状;采用不完全双列杂交设计,将地方品种与10个骨干玉米自交系进行测交。结果表明:地方品种较骨干自交系具有明显的丰产、抗倒、抗病特性;群间显著差异性状的遗传变异中一般配合力比特殊配合力重要;以利用加性效应为主的育种方案,改良地方品种群体和构建杂种优势群是开发利用地方品种的有效途径。
Ten local varieties of maize in Wuling Mountain Area were test-crossed with 10 elite inbreds in a 10x10 incomplete diallel cross experiment to compare their traits and select those with significant inter-populational differences. The results showed that the local varieties were higher-yielding and more resistant to lodging and diseases than the hybrids. GCA (general combining ability) seemed more important than SCA (specific combining ability) in the genetic variation of the traits with significant differences. Breeding plans focusing on the utilization of additive effects, improvement of the local germplasms and establishment of heterotic population are recommended as effective approaches for the exploitation of the local germplasms ofmaize.
