摘要
本文主要从分析卢梭的思想中的四个矛盾入手 ,试图更为清晰全面和深刻地来把握他的思想 ,并对他与古典自然法之间的联系与区别作一解答 ,经过这样一个考察 ,我们进而可以看到 ,呈现在卢梭思想中的几个主要矛盾 ,也仍然是我们今天所面临且必须认真思考的重大现实问题 。
Jean Jacques Rousseau is an outstanding representative of the 18th-century Enlightenment. His ideas on politics and law had great influence on the up-coming democratic revolution of the bourgeoisie. In order to have a more comprehensive and correct understanding of his ideas, the authors of this paper have discussed the four contradictions in Rousseau's ideas and their connections and differences from the classical natural law. The authors have concluded that these main contradictions still remain today and Rousseau's ideas have practical significance to us.
