对于一些经济发达但高等教育却相对落后的地区而言 ,大力发展高等教育具有特殊意义 ,它将成为发达地区高等教育与经济均衡发展的基点 。
To develop higher education has special meaning for the regions that have developed economy and undeveloped higher education. That is the basis for a balanced development between higher education and economy. It can provide motivation for the continuous development of the economy.
