摘要
本文对近年来世界海运溢油事故现状以及其所产生的巨大危害进行了具体的阐述,分析事故产生的原因、防备的现状及存在的问题,提出防备措施。
This essay has focused on the status quo of oil spillage on the sea all over the world with a detailed explanatory part aimed at the tremendous hazards, after analyzing the causes, mentioning the status quo of precautionary practices and the existing problems, the authors have provided due precaution measures to fight a-gainst this kind of disaster.
