摘要
表面形貌与表面特征的研究是当前工程领域最具吸引力的一个课题。对于工程表面评价提出了一个多尺度估计的方法。在用小波对表面形貌进行分离的前提下,定义了两个统计参数来对表面粗糙程度进行表征。多尺度分析为表面表征提供了一个全新的视角,具有简洁、直观的特点。
Research on the characterization of surface topographies proves to be one of the most appealing topics in the current field of engineering. This papers presents a multi- scale estimation based method to assess engineering surfaces. More precisely, after decomposing the surface topographies using wavelets, two statistics are defined to characterize the roughness of surfaces. Multi- scale analysis provides a whole new perspective in the area of engineering surface characterization, and has merits of succinctness and directness.
