摘要
企业的兼并和收购是企业在经营发展过程中的一种战略选择,其浪潮在短短几十年里席卷了全世界。本文指出了我国企业兼并和收购中存在的问题,并提供了参考对策。
Acquisition & merger of enterprises are a kind of strategic choice in the course of dealing and development of enterprise, the wave of which has engulfed the whole world in short decades.This article points out the exiting problems of acquisition & merger in our country's enterprises and has offered reference countermeasures.
