摘要
就优秀运动队思想政治工作需把握的几项基本原则进行了探讨,通过探讨这几项原则在优秀运动队的运用,从而达到做好运动队思想政治工作的目的,为运动队出成绩、出人才服务。
This article discusses some basic principles of political works. These principles are very important in first-class sport teams works. If we use these principles reasonably ,we can do better political works and offer better service for our First-class Sport Teams which can get more achievement and appear more persons with ability.
