摘要
通过对板状试样开肩标准的研究,开发研制了用于板状试样开肩的专用设备。采用数控系统,通过三轴联动,在一个批量的板状试样上,用垂直立铣刀的方式,双面同时铣削。取得了精度高、速度快、操作简便的效果,并彻底地解决了板状试样开肩的加工问题。
We develop the special matching for two sides machining of plate tensile sample by research its standard. It adopt numerical control system and linkage with three axes, two sides milling at same time with aplomb upright milling cutter at a batch plate tensile sample. It is simple to operation with high precision and rate.
