摘要
为了实现船舶主柴油机的变流量冷却,需要对主机缸套冷却水系统进行水力计算.为此研究了具有三通阀的水力管路的流量计算方法,并在具体的船舶主机缸套冷却水管路上对此进行了实验验证.实验结果表明:文中所采用的三通调节阀的水力计算方法具有较好的可行性、正确性.并且在三通调节阀调节的过程中,主管路流量是变化的,只要采用合适的泵和节流装置,可以实现主柴油机的变流量冷却.
Three-way regulating valve is currently used to control the temperature of cooling water in jacket cooling water system of main marine diesel engine. This paper puts forward a method that is applied to calculate the flow rate of three-way regulating valve. The method is examined by comparing calculating data with experimental one to testify its applicability and reliability. The results show that the method is satisfied. The experimental data also show that the main pipe flow is variable in the process of regulating. If suitable pump and throttle equipment are applied, we can realize the variable flow cooling for main marine diesel engine.
