我国钻采工程技术服务实力雄厚,在国内外市场上作出了显著的业绩,受到甲方的认可和奖励。在大量受奖励范例综述的基础上,剖析了奖励机制的特点,并有针对性地提出了一些适应奖励机制的对策,有助于更多的专业化施工队伍开拓市场。
Our drilling and production technical service teams have powerful strength, and have made great achievements at home and abroad, and were recognized and rewarded by the first party. On the basis of citing large amounts of reward cases, features of reward system are analyzed. Some strategy suitable for the reward system was put forward, which can give impetus to more special operation teams to open up markets.
