摘要
20 0 3年是国际和国内突发重大事件频仍的一年。在这一年里 ,我国的法学研究一方面受到这些突发重大事件的影响 ,表现出鲜明的年代特征 ;另一方面 ,我国的法学研究仍然沿着既定的轨迹稳步前行 ,这就是服务于我国市场经济和法治国家的建设 ,致力于立法课题。
is the year with great or emergent events in international or domestic world happening frequently. In this year, on one hand, the legal research of our country is affected by these events and shows the distinctive age characteristic. On the other hand, the legal research of our country still forges ahead carrying on the established track ,which is the research serving the construction of market economic and nation ruling by law, focusing on the research topic for legislation , hot spot and knotty problems for legal practice and scientific system.
