摘要
用水解开环法合成了PA6/PEG嵌段共聚物,采用DSC测定了产物的熔点,广角X射线衍射测定了产物的结晶形态;对聚合物进行了模拟纺丝试验,研究了纤维的力学性能;分析了共聚结构与纤维力学性能的关系.研究结果表明:PA6/PEG嵌段共聚物中,软段(PEG)相对分子质量越小,共聚物的熔点就越低,软段(PEG)相对分子质量相同时,随硬段(PA6)相对分子质量增加,熔点有所增加;共聚物中硬段含量越高,产物就越易形成γ晶型;反之,若聚合产物中硬段含量越少,聚合产物则越易形成α晶型;软段的存在能提高硬段的结晶速率;PA6/PEG为1000/1000时共聚纤维可获得较高的断裂伸长率.
Synthesized the PA6/PEG copolymer by hydro1ytic polymerization of caprolactam with
PEG. Tested the T_m of the copolymer by DSC and measured the crystallization by WAXD. Stud-
ied the mechanical property of the fibre, the relationship between copolymer structure and its
property. The research results show that the less the relative molecular weigh of PEG is, the low-
er the T_m is. With the increase of the molecular weigh of PA6, the T_m increases. The existence
of PEG can raise the crystallization rate of copolymer. When the ratio of PA6 to PEG is 1 000 to
1 000, the fibre has higher elongation of break.
