摘要
本文报告用广州管圆线虫成虫冰冻切片免疫酶染色法检测感染该虫的大鼠血清抗体的结果发现感染后2wk血清抗体阳性率为80％(28/35),感染后4wk为93.3％(5/9),对照健康鼠血清为阴性。
This paper reported on the results of detection of serum antibodies in rats with Angiostro-ngylus cantonensis infection by immnoenzyme staining of adult frozen section.The positive rates of serum antibodies in rats 2 and 4 weeks after infection were 80% and 93.3%,respectively,The result of healthy control rats was negative.
