摘要
目的:探讨注射隆乳术后并发症的高频超声检查与治疗。方法:对19例注射隆乳术后并发症的患者,采用7.5～10.0MHz高频超声检查、诊断后,并对其进行手术治疗。结果:术后随访1个月至2年,注射隆乳材料大部分被取出,并发症状消失。结论:注射隆乳术后并发症通过高频超声检查,有辅助诊断及指导治疗的意义。尽量手术抽取隆乳材料是治疗并发症的有效方法。
Objective To study the ultrasonograph examine and operation treatment on complications of breast augmentation with injected hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel. Methods To remove PAAG in breast,the ultrasound offers an effective assisted method,it shows the regional distribution of the PAAG injection in the posterior mammary space and aspiration is more precise and easier. Results From 1997 to 2002,followed-up 19 patients in one month to two years,a majority of injected PAAG was removed and complications disappeared. Conclusion Ultrasonograph can help to exactly remove the injected PAAG,and it is an efficient method for treatment the complications of breast augmentation to take out the injected PAAG by operation.
