摘要
目的:比较酒石酸双氢可待因和磷酸可待因治疗中度癌痛的疗效和不良反应。方法:采用随机双盲对照研究,对69例有中度癌痛的肿瘤患者用酒石酸双氢可待因和磷酸可待因进行治疗,观察疗效和不良反应。结果:双氢可待因与磷酸可待因用于中度癌痛患者,两者在镇痛强度上无显著差异,不良反应与其他阿片类药物类似。结论:酒石酸双氢可待因和磷酸可待因可用于治疗中度癌痛。
Objective:To compare the effects and side effects of dihydrocodeine tartrate and codeine phosphate in treating median cancer pain.Methods:To treat69cases of cancer pa-tients with median pain using dihydrocodeine tartrate and codeine phosphate respectively by dou-ble-blinded,controlled randomized methods and observe the effects and side effects.Re sults:When treating median pain,dihydrocodeine tartrate and codeine phosphate have no signifi cant dif-ferences and the side effects are similar to other opioids.Conclusions:Both dihydrocodeine tar-trate and codeine phosphate can be used to treat median pain.
