共焦显微镜在角膜屈光手术中的应用

摘要 创伤修复反应的差异性日益成为一种影响屈光手术后预测性和稳定性的重要因素.共焦显微镜(confocal mi-croscopy through focusing,CMTF)具有高分辨率和高放大倍数等优点,且能在三维空间、实时、活体条件下对角膜组织进行无损伤性光学断层扫描成像,使得在活体中就可以观察到角膜愈合状况及并发症的发病机制成为可能.
