摘要
目的:测定Bufalin的近似半数致死量(LD50)并研究Bufalin的急性毒性。方法:采用近似LD50测定方法测定Bufalin的LD50,采用HE染色法检查Bufalin的心肌毒性。结果:本研究表明,Bufalin近似的LD50为2.35mg/kg,并可导致心肌炎细胞浸润、充血等。结论:Bufalin具有一定的心肌毒性。
Objective: To study the approtimete LD50 of Bufalin and investigate the acute toxicity of Bufalin on the myocardium. Methods: The approximate LD50 assay methods was used and the toxicity of Bufalin on the myocardium was worked-up by HE staining methods. Results: It was showed that the approximate LD50 of Bufalin is 2.35mg/kg, and induced the inflammation soakage and congest of cardiac muscle cell. Conclusion: The toxicity on cardiac muscle of Bufalin was hinted and the approximete LD50 of Bufalin is 2.35 mg/kg.
