摘要
村委会和村党支部的关系问题是村民自治中最突出、最重要的问题之一。在现实中 ,村党支部和村委会的关系总的来说是好的或者比较好的 ,“两委”关系不正常是少数 ,但绝不能对此掉以轻心。本文主要探讨村委会和村党支部关系失衡的表现 ,分析造成村委会和村党支部关系失衡的原因 ,在此基础上提出解决“两委”关系失衡的措施。
The relations between the village committee and the branch of CPC is one of the most prominent and important problem of villager's autonomy. Even though the relation of village committee and CPC branch in reality are fairly good, we still need to attach importance to some abnormal ones. The paper mainly probe into the abnormal relation of village committee and CPC village branch and the causes, it also puts forward some countermeasures to dealing with the unbalance relation.
