摘要
高校德育应坚持以人为本。坚持以人为本 ,应以马克思主义关于“人的本质”的理论为指导 ,理解、尊重学生 ,发展学生个性 ,明确学生在德育活动中的主体地位。要将“以人为本”落到实处 ,必须正确认识大学生群体 ;正确认识高校德育的功能 ;正确认识高校德育的内容 ,采取切实可行的道德方法 ,不断提高高校德育的实效。
In implementing moral education in the university,attention should be focused on the human,with Marxist theory on the nature of the human as its guideline and proper respect for and understanding of the students shown for the development of their individual characteristics.
