摘要
现代市场经济虽然有不同的模式,但各市场经济国家的政府在经济运行中都起着不同程度的调节作用。政府履行一定的经济职能已是经济运行的有机组成部分。当然,政府履行经济职能,又都是以市场经济为基础的,政府与市场共同发挥作用是现代市场经济国家的普遍特征。我国在建立健全社会主义市场经济体制过程中,完全可以借鉴发达市场经济国家政府在调节经济运行中所提供的经验与教训,以实现政府经济职能的转换与创新,更好地发挥政府在保证经济良好运行中的积极作用。
Though modern market-oriented has some different moulds, the governments of the market-oriented countries give play to actions to varying degrees in the economies. Government performing its economic function is an organic part of e-conomy. Meanwhile, government performing its economic function is based on market-oriented economy. Both government and market performing actions is the common feature. In the midst of foundation and perfection of the socialist market-oriented economic system, our country should use the experiences and lessons of the developed market-oriented countries for reference to fulfil the transformation and creation of our government function. So, our government can play a positive role in economy more effectively.
