基于Mohr-Coulomb准则的铸铁抗压强度分析

摘要 从线性Mohr Coulomb准则出发 ,导出复杂应力状态下考虑内摩擦影响时灰口铸铁的抗压强度条件 ,得到更符合工程实际的强度计算公式 ;指出现行铸铁抗压强度条件的不足 ,讨论导出公式的适用范围。分析铸铁压缩破坏时滑移面的位置及许用剪应力和许用压应力间的关系 。 From the linear Mohr-Coulomb criterion, the compressive strength condition of grey cast iron under complex stress state is derived when the internal friction influence is in consideration, and the strength calculation formula that more accords with the engineering reality is gained. Shortcomings of the current compress strength of cast iron are pointed out, and the suitable scope of the gained formula is discussed. As cast iron is under compressed damage, the location of slide surface is analysed, the relation between allowable shear stress and allowable compress stress is also analysed, and these analyses are verified with experiments. The conclusions of this paper have guidance meaning for engineering reality and can be for reference in engineering design.
