摘要
目的提供一种治疗陈旧性肛裂的新术式。方法采用侧位内括约肌挑切断端结扎术治疗陈旧性肛裂 ,与后位内括约肌切开术对照 ,观察新术式的临床疗效。结果两组疗效有显著性差异 ,治疗组愈合时间及肛门控制功能障碍并发症明显少于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论该术式具有愈合时间短 ,并发症少等优点 ;且不影响肛门收缩功能 ,是一种治疗陈旧性肛裂的理想术式 ,值得推广。
objective A new method in the treatment of Chronic Anal Fissur Method Lateral incision of sphincter plus ligation of both borders was performed to treat chronic anal fissure, and Compared with the incision of partial Posterior internal Sphincter to observe the Clinical Curative effect of the new operation. Results there was a great difference in the Curative effects between the two groups with less healing time, anal dysfunction in the treatment group than in the Control group (P<0.01) Conclusion the new operation has Such advantages as shorter healing time, fewer Complications, and Can’t affect the anal Contraction function. It is an advanced operation for treatment of chronic Anal Fissure, and worth spreading.
