摘要
井冈霉素水溶性粉剂是一种全新剂型的农药杀菌剂,具有有成分含量高、使用剂量低及低成本等优点。笔者于2000年6月份在广东省连州市进行了一系列田间试验。结果表明,药后10 d用量为450g/hm2,750 g/hm2的20%井冈霉素水溶性粉剂对水稻纹枯病的防效为53.08%,75.03 %。而23 %噻氟酰胺(满穗)胶悬剂在用量为225 mL/hm2时防效为77.43 9/6。结果显示用量为750 g/hm2的20%井冈霉素水溶性粉剂的防效明显高于用量为450 g/hm2的20%井冈霉素水溶性粉剂的防效,而与用量为225 mL/hm2的23 %噻氟酰胺胶悬剂防效相当。因此,20 %井冈霉素水溶性粉剂的合适用量为750 g/hm2。
Jinggangmycin soluble powder(SP) is a new fungicide formulation. It is excellent for its high concentration, less dosage, low cost. But this new formulation has never before been reported. The author does a field trial for control of the rice sheath blight in Lianzhou city, Guangdong province in June 2000. The result shows the control effect of 150g/hm2, 750 g/hm2of 20% Jinggangmycin SP was 53. 08%, 75. 03% at 10 days after treatment. The Control effect of 23% thiflzamide SC at dosage of 225 mL/hm2 was 77. 43%. This demonstrates that the control effect of 50 g/hm2 of 20% Jinggangmycin SP is much higher than that of 30 g/hm2, and is equivalent to that of 15 mL/hm2of 23% Thifluzamide SC. As a result, it is suitable at the dosage of 750 g/hm2.
