摘要
本文简介滑模机在国外的发展及应用,从引进的 GP2000型滑模机为例,从312国道路面工程的实际施工出发,反映滑模机的先进性。从而分析总结了滑模机生产的先决条件,提出了滑模机施工配套及管理方法以及存在问题的解决方法。同时,分析了提高滑模机生产率的途径、质量控制方法,以便滑模机得到更好的利用。
By briefly reviewing the development and application of slipform
paver abroad and taking Model GP-2000 slipform paver used in the construction of
No.312 national highway as an example,the advantages of this kind of machine are
expounded in this paper and preconditions for their production in pavement construc-
tion are analysed in detail,the production equipment series and management as well
as solutions to the technological problems existed are also proposed.Finally,the
means of raising production efficiency of slipform concrete paver and method of
quality control are emphasized.
