摘要
分别在蚕人工饲料中添加不同浓度的丙酸钙、碳酸钙、氯化钙及丙酸,调查钙盐及丙酸对稚蚕生长发育的影响。结果表明:丙酸钙的适宜添加量在1.0%左右;碳酸钙的适宜添加量为1.0%和4.0%,添加量达8%时,对稚蚕的生长发育仍有促进作用;氯化钙的适宜添加量为0.5%～2%;丙酸的适宜添加量为0.25%左右。
Different concentrations of (CH_3CH_2COO)_2Ca,CaCO_3,CaCl_2 and CH_3CH_2COOH were added to the artificial diet for Bombyx mori. Then these compounds effects on the growth and development of Bombyx mori were studied.The results showed that the growth and development of Bombyx mori was still advanced when the percentage of added CaCO_3 was 8%.The approtiate amounts of (CH_3CH_2COO)_2Ca was 1%,CaCO_3 was 1.0% and 4.0%,CaCl_2 was 0.5%～2% and CH_3CH_2COOH was 0.25% respectively.
