摘要
本文从工作原理和实现方法两个方面介绍了一种新型的轴类零件矫直机自动在线测控系统的工艺流程、标定原理、软硬件设计及其性能特点。
In this paper, the process flow, calibration, hardware and software were introduced in both aspects of mechanism and process method about the advanced automatic measurement and control system of the straightening machine for shaft parts, which has achieved in-process measurement and flexible straightening.
