摘要
利用粉末制样专利技术以及扫描、透射电镜分析了蓝钨的微观结构。研究结果表明:蓝钨颗粒是由单晶聚合成多晶颗粒,而由多晶颗粒再组成的蓝钨团粒,且蓝钨粉末的相成分不单一。
Study is made of the microstructure of blue tungsten by patented powder sampling technology and TEM.The results showed that the blue tungsten particles are polymerized from single crystal into multi-crystalline particles,resulting in blue tungsten agglomerate with composite phase composition in the powder.
