摘要
本文探讨了在新的高等教育形式下的管理理念 ,提出高等教育必须按照学校发展的特色和优势 ,准确定位 ,面向经济发展主战场 ,突出校园文化氛围 ,构建现代教学体系 ,参与国际合作与竞争 ,为经济社会发展做出贡献。
The administrative ideas in universities were discussed according to the new developmental situations of higher education. It shows that the higher education must form the position accurately according to its specialties and advantages, face the economic development, have the campus cultural environment, build the modern educational system, join the international competition, and contribute to the development of economic society.
