摘要
目的 探讨超声下诊断结肠癌的新方法及价值。方法 对已确诊的 12例结肠癌患者生理盐水灌肠下实时超声观察。结果 癌肿清晰显示 ,可见肿块征、狭窄征、“火山口”征、假肾盂积水征等。结论 生理盐水灌肠超声显像对结肠癌的诊断优于单纯超声检查。
Objective:To explore the new method and value of using ultrasonic to diagnose the colon cancer .Methods: To give the ultrasonic observation to 12 patients who are suffering the colon cancer.Results:The cancerphyma is shown clearly. The phyma, the narrowness, the 'volcano vent', and the falsehydronephrosis are appeared.Conclusions:The ultrasonic raster display using the physiological brine clysis to diagnose the colon cancer is better than merely ultrasonic examination.
