摘要 目的 了解细胞因子在Grave’s病的发生、发展过程中的浓度变化及相关关系。方法 用放射免疫分析法测定了 5 4例Grave’s病无明显眼病组 (G1组 ) ,2 5例Grave’s病有眼部合并症组 (G2组 )及 31例正常对照组血清中IL - 2、IL - 6含量。结果 Grave’s病患者血浆IL - 6浓度水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;G2组IL - 2血浆水平显著高于G1组成和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 2 ) ,IL - 6水平与IL - 2、FT3 、FT4、TGA、MCA浓度水平不相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 细胞因子IL - 2、IL - 6参与了Graves’病的致病过程 ,观察其浓度变化对探讨Graves’病的发病机理及指导用药均有重要价值。 Objective:To detect the change of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in plasma during the formation and development of Grave's disease. Methods: by radioimmunoassay, the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in plasma were measured in 54 cases of non-Grave's opthalmopathy (G1 group),25 cases of grave's opthalmopathy (G2 group)and 31 cases of normal group(NG) .Results: the level of IL-6 in patients with Grave's disease was significantly higher than that in normal group(p<0.01); level of IL-2 in patients of Grave's opthalmopathy was significantly higher than that in non-Grave's opthalmopathy and normal group(p<0.02) ;the level of IL-6 was not correlated with the level of IL-2 ,FT3,FT4,tga,mca (p>0.05).Conclusions: IL-2 and IL-6 take part in formation and development of Grave's disease . It is useful to monitor the level of IL-2 and IL-6 for investigating the mechanism of Grave's disease and guide of drug administration .
