摘要
目的探讨第二磨牙粘托槽增加支抗的可行性及其治疗效果。方法选30例严重拥挤的安氏1类错位咬合畸形患者,固定正畸治疗,利用第二磨牙粘托槽,第一、二磨牙连扎的方法增加支抗。结果全部患者治疗结束时均达到磨牙强支抗的目的,很好地解决了牙列严重拥挤问题。结论第二磨牙粘托槽增加支抗效果良好,方法简单易行,具有较大的推广实用价值。
Objective To probe into the efficacy and feasibility of bonding bracket on second molar to increase anchorage. Methods All the patients of Angle's classfication class I malocclusion with serious congest, received fixed orthodontic therapy, bonding bracket on second molar, continuous ligation of the first and second molar to increase anchorage. Results All the patients got the results of strong anchorage at upper- and lower jaw, thus better resolving the serious congest. Conclusion The method of bonding bracket on second molar to increase anchorage is effective and convenient, and has more practical value in treating Angle's classfication class I malocclusion.
