摘要
深入贯彻落实十六大精神,把发展作为气象工作的第一要务,紧紧围绕中国气象局提出的建设“四个一流”、完善“四个体系”,率先基本实现气象现代化的奋斗目标,紧密结合阳泉市实际,提出加快阳泉市气象防灾减灾体系建设步伐,推动气象事业的稳定、持续、快速发展,为全面建设小康社会提供更加优质的气象服务。
Implement and carry out the spirits of 16th Party Congress throughly,take development as the first important matter of meteorological work, revolve closely the goals of constructing 'four first-class',consummating 'four systems' and taking the lead basically to realize the meteorological modernization, proposed by CMA.This article,combining closely with reality of Yangquan, proposed to speeds up the construction step of disaster prevention and reduction system, impels development of meteorological enterprise stably, continually and rapidly, provides the higher quality meteorological service for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
