摘要
研究了大田补硒栽培油菜苗期叶片和采收的种子中硒的含量分布和赋存形态,结果表明:在苗期叶片中,多糖和蛋白质结合硒是硒的主要赋存形态,占总硒量的90%以上,核酸结合硒量甚少;而在油菜的种子中,蛋白质硒是硒的主要赋存形态,占总硒的89.16%,核酸和多糖结合硒少,在蛋白质的组分中,又以盐溶性蛋白质结合硒量最多,占总蛋白硒的55.37%。
The distribution and combined forms of selenium (Se) in rape with adding selenium plant in field had been studied. It is found that 90 percent total Se in rape seedling of leaf is Se-polysaccharides and Se-protein, Se-nucleicacid content small.And 89.16 percent of total Se in rape seeds is Se-protein that is main combined form of Se and few in Se-nucleicacid and Se-polysaccharides. Among Se-protein, salt-soluble protein has the highest selenium content, which amounted to 55.37 percent of Se in rape seeds.
