摘要
电流变体在电场的作用下液体粘度增加,可由液体变为类似的固体,它的屈服应力τ_y随着电场强度的增加而增加,利用这一性质,可以制成智能型阻尼器,用于结构地震反应控制。笔者主要介绍ER流体的性质、本构关系,概述ER流体阻尼器的设计以及它在结构地震反应控制中的应用。
The viscosity of electrorheological fluid can be increased under the presence of electric field. With the increase of the intensity of applied electric field, the yielding stress of ER fluid will be increased and the conversion from liquid to solid can be achieved. Smart damper is available by using such kind of property, which can be applied in the control of seismic response of structures. The property and constructive relation of ER fluid are introduced, and the design and its application in seismic response control are introduced.
