摘要
优秀的企业文化建设是现代企业健康发展的重要组成部分,构建以儒家思想为基础的企业文化是管理革命的基点,也是企业人本化管理的目标所在。从儒家思想的内涵出发,进一步分析了其在企业文化建设中的实质性作用和构建应注意的原则。
Excellent organizational culture is an important part of modern organization management. Construction of organizational culture based on Confucianism is the foundation of management revolution and also the objective of humanistic management. This paper gives out principles and functions about constructing organizational culture through analyzing the connotation of Confucianism.
