摘要
在利用QFD(质量功能配置)进行产品规划决策时,根据已经建立的质量屋中的信息,帮助设计人员确定出满足顾客需求的技术特征目标值,用于指导新产品开发,是质量屋决策模型的主要目标。已有的规划模型大多不能直接给出技术特征目标值,而且在建立模型中没有考虑离散型,而是把离散型技术特征和连续型技术特征等同考虑,从而使得规划结果不能很好反映实际情况。充分利用质量屋中的信息,同时考虑离散型技术特征,提出了一个质量屋优化模型,并给出了实例。
During using QFD (Quality function deployment) to make decision on product planning, it is the ultimate aim to determine the targets of the technical characteristics satisfying customer requirements in order to guide the product developing based on the information in the HOQ (House of quality). But most of the existing planning models cannot directly give the target values of technical characteristics, and do not consider the different types of technical characteristics:discrete type and continuous type, which cannot reflect the situations effectively. Taking advantage of the information in HOQ fully and consider the technical characteristics with discrete type and continuous type distinguishably, an optimization model is presented, and an example is given.
