大骨节病区玉米、小麦中镰刀菌毒素的检测 被引量:26

DETERMINATION OF FUSARIUM MYCOTOXINS IN CORN AND WHEAT FROM KASCHIN BECK DISEASE AREAS

摘要 用电子捕获气相色谱(GC-ECD)、薄层色谱(TLC)和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)等方法对6个省区大骨节病区的玉米、小麦进行了镰刀菌毒素的检测和鉴定。结果表明,在4个省病区的玉米中均检测到脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)、15-乙酰脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(15-ADON)、3-乙酰脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(3-ADON)、雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(NIV)和玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)等5种镰刀菌毒素;2个省病区的小麦中均检测到除15-乙酰脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(15-ADON)以外的其余4种镰刀菌毒素,病区与非病区之间,各毒素的污染水平呈显著差异;同省重轻病区之间,各毒素的污染率和平均污染水平存在差异,有的呈显著差异,玉米和小麦中均未检测到T-2毒素和镰刀菌氧萘满酮(TDP-1)等镰刀菌毒素。 Fusarium mycotoxins was detected in corn and wheat from Kaschin-Beck disease areas of six provinces and autonomous region by GC-ECD TLC and GC-MS. It has been shown that five Fusarium mycotoxins(deoxynivalenol DON, 15-acetyldeoxynivalenol 15-ADON, 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol 3-ADON, nivalenol NIV and zearalenone ZEA)were found in corn from four disease areas, and four of these toxins except 15-ADON were detected in wheat from two disease areas. Compared with corn from the non-disease area in the same province, the rate of contamination and mean levels of contamination for all detected toxins in corn from the disease area was significantly higher, Just like this, they were also higher from the high-risk area than those from the low-risk area in the same province. Neither fusarochromanone(TDP-1)nor T-2 toxin was found in both corn and wheat from all detected disease areas.
