复方丹参液对内毒素引起细胞黏附分子表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究复方丹参对内毒素引起细胞黏附分子CD11a、CD61和ICAM -1表达的影响 ,进一步深入探讨复方丹参液预防细胞黏附的作用机理。方法复方丹参液大剂量组大鼠每天用0.5g复方丹参颗粒水溶液灌胃2次/d,小剂量组每天用0.3mg灌胃2次/d ,喂药10d,正常组和对照组不给药。各组大鼠由尾静脉注入内毒素1mg/kg,注入后2、4h分别进行CD11a、CD61、ICAM -1的测定 ,正常组不给内毒素。结果大鼠注入内毒素2h后 ,血小板CD61表达明显比正常组高。复方丹参液大剂量、复方丹参液小剂量用药组血小板CD61表达比对照组明显减少 ,与正常组相近。复方丹参液对CD11a和ICAM -1的表达与对照组无明显差别。结论复方丹参液可通过减少血小板黏附蛋白CD61的表达 ,减轻血小板黏附和聚集 ,降低血液的黏度 ,改变红细胞的变形性 ,达到改善或促进微循环的作用。 Objective Effects of Fufang danshen Granule on expression of adhesion molecules CD11a,CD61and ICAM-1were studied by endotoxin in rat.To discuss the mechanismthat Fufand danshen prevented cell adhesion and improved microcirculation.Methods Rats in group1and group2were adminitsted with o.5g and0.3g of Fufang danshen solution respectively two times/day,feeding for10days.In normal group and Control no medicine was given.Inject Endotoxin1mg/kg into tail vein for each group except normal group.CD11a and CD61,ICAM-1wre measured after2and4hours respectively.Results The CD61expression(142.3±23.2)in Fufang Danshen group1increased more obviously than that in control group(126.2±19.6)2h after injecting endotoxin.Expression of CD61in group1and2decreased more obviously than that in control group4h after injection of enˉdotoxin.CD61expression in group1and2is close to that in normal group.There is no significant difference of exˉpression of CD11a and ICAM-1in Fufang Danshen compared with that in control group.Conclusions Fufang Danshen group can relieve platelet to adhere and gather,reduce blood viscosity by decreaseing platelet adhesion expression of CD61.It plays a role to improve microcirculation.
