摘要
随着经济全球化日益加深,国际贸易在世界经济中的地位日益重要。作为国际间经济联系最基本的途径,国际贸易的发展在相当程度上影响着世界经济的增长。长期以来,人们期盼自由贸易,并以此带来经济增长,但实际上实现理想的自由贸易政策似乎是不可能的,利益的冲突和竞争性的世界经济秩序使各国普遍采取损人利己的贸易政策,基于竞争的保护贸易、管理贸易和战略性贸易政策也都如此,严重影响了国际贸易和世界经济的发展。本文提供了基于合作的最优的结构贸易政策思路。
With the deepening of economy globalization, international trade is playing an increasingly important role in the
world economy. As the most fundemental approach for international economic linking, the development of in-
ternational trade, to a great extent, has been influencing the pace of the world economic progress. For a long
period, people have been adoring free trade from which economic growth is expected to be achieved. But virtu-
ally it might not be possible to realize the idealized free trade policy. The conflicts on benefits and the competi-
tive world economic order result in forcing different nations widely adopt the policy of 'making one's profit by
impairing the interests of the others'. The protective trade, managerial trade and strategic trade all with com-
petition as their basis, are of no exception. These practises have severely undermined the development of inter-
national trade and the world economy. This article presents the most favoured and the most preferential struc-
tural trade policy.
