摘要
综述了网络中心战概念所必须关注和解决的一系列技术问题 ,如网络系统复杂性、可靠性、互操作性、通信带宽、数据融合和过滤、网络安全、人员培训等。运用复杂混合控制系统层次结构理论 ,提出了突出人作用的网络中心战层次模型 ,分析了网络中心战的核心指挥与控制系统。
The concept of network centric warfare (NCW) is introduced and discussed.The technologies associated with NCW such as system complication,reliability,interoperability,communication bandwidth,data fusion and filter,safety and training are discussed.A new layer model including man thinker layer about NCW based on the theory of the man-machine hybrid control system is proposed.And the core command and control system of NCW is analyzed.
