摘要
现代图书馆中 ,馆员在职业中的成长与发展 ,直接关系到工作效率和图书馆服务质量的提高 ,如何使员工的成长与组织目标相配合是人力资源开发的重要议题。本文分析了图书馆员的职业需求 ,指出了国内图书馆职业管理中存在的问题 ,就图书馆组织如何融合个人发展目标和组织发展目标进行了探讨 。
In modern libraries the librarians’ growth and development in career are closely related with the improvement of efficiency and service quality. It can be regarded an important issue to match the staff’s personal growth with their organizational objectives for human resource development. In the article, the author discusses in detail about the professional need by the librarians, points out the existed problem in career management in the libraries. In the end the methods for librarian professional management are proposed.
