摘要
目的 建立一种用毛细管区带电泳法测定板蓝根中有机酸含量的方法。方法 用含有15 mmol·L-1的β-环糊精的硼砂缓冲液(50 mmol·L-1,pH 10.5)-甲醇20∶5作为电泳缓冲液分离,以肉桂酸为内标,202 nm为测定波长,运行电压20 kV,柱温25℃。结果 邻氨基苯甲酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸与丁香酸在10 min内完全分离且呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率分别为100.1%、97.9%、99.8%、99.1%(n=6)。结论 该方法快速、高效、简便,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary electrophoresis method for the separation and determination of four organic acids in Radix Isatidis. METHODS The running buffer was tetraborate(50 mmol·L-1)and methanol (20:5),containing 15 mmol·L-1β- CD.The internal standard was cinnamylic acid and the detective wavelength was at 202 nm.The applied voltage was 20 kV and the capillary temperature was 25℃.RESULTS The anthranilic acid,benzoic acid, salicylic acid and syringic acid were completely separated and determined within 10 min.The average recoveries( n = 6)were 100.1% ,97.9% ,99.8% and 99.1 %, respectively. CONCLUSION The method was rapid,simple, effective and convenient.
