摘要
按照结构主义理论的经济系统分析方法 ,西部地区产业结构有以下典型特征 :(1 )产业结构低度化 ;(2 )区域二元经济结构明显 ;(3 )产业链关联度低 ,各次产业间的结构性关联存在障碍。西部地区经济发展的关键是 ,西部应在新的科学发展观的指导下 ,借助于国家对西部开发的有利政策 ,充分发挥西部地区的资源优势 (包括劳动力 ) ,在确保区域生态环境可持续发展的前提下 ,对西部的产业结构进行全方位的。
This paper is concerned with the approaches and strategies for industrial structure readjustment in western China, on the basis of the theory combined with reality. It reports that the structural effect in economic growth is not touched upon in the theory of economic growth in neo-classical economics, which is not practical, yet the theory of structuralism holds that the economic structure (mainly the industrial structure) will change with the economical growth. Then the paper discusses, by economic system analysis of structuralism, the approaches and countermeasures for the economic structure readjustment in western China, suggesting that we should take an all-round and strategic readjustment for the industrial structure, making full use of the state's policy for the western regions, take advantage of the resources in western China (labor force included), with the premise of the sustained ecological development of the regions, and accelerating industrial development as well as economic growth.
