摘要 目的:探讨不同强度运动对大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。 方法:采用随机对照的原则将SD大鼠分成4个组:中等强度运动组、过度训练组、一次力竭运动组和对照组,建立游泳训练动物模型,训练周期为8周;采用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测各组大鼠心肌细胞凋亡情况。 结果:凋亡阳性心肌细胞核数和心肌细胞凋亡指数两个指标,在各组间差异均有显著性意义(F=68.967,52.438,P均<0.001)。过度训练组大鼠心肌细胞凋亡数(27.81±6.40)明显增加,与对照组(0.42±0.91)和中等运动强度组(0.65±1.21)比较差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.001),且有不同程度的心肌损伤;力竭运动组(10.66±6.83)与对照组和中等运动强度组比较差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05),心肌损害明显;中等运动强度组心肌细胞凋亡数与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P=0.999)。 结论:不适宜的运动负荷会造成大鼠心肌细胞凋亡增加,并且可能参与心肌的损害过程。 AIM: To study the effects of different workload exercises on myocardial apoptosis in rats. METHODS: One hundred male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: moderate intensive exercise group, overload training group, once exhaustive exercise group and control group, and animal models were established after 8 week swimming training. The effects of exercise on myocardial apoptosis of rats in each group were observed by using TUNEL. RESULTS: The results showed myocardial apoptosis nucleoli number and myocardial apoptosis index were significantly different among the four groups ( F = 68. 967, 52. 438, P < 0. 001). The number of myocardial apoptosis in the overload training group(27. 81±6. 40) increased obviously, which was significantly different from that in the control group(0. 42 ±0. 91) and the moderate intensive exercise group(0. 65 ± 1. 21) (P<0.001), in which myocardial injure of different levels were observed; The number of myocardial apoptosis in the once exhaustive exercise groupd(10. 66 ±6. 83) was significantly higher than those in the moderate intensive exercise group and control group( P < 0. 05), in which myocardial injure was obvious; while there was no significant difference in myocardial apoptosis number between moderate intensive exercise group and control group ( P = 0. 999). CONCLUSION: Ill-fitted exercises can result in the increase of myocardial apoptosis, and may take part in the process of myocardial injury.
