摘要
本文针对目前流行的政府采购行为 ,仅就高校图书馆的书刊采购 ,从当前尚未完善的政府采购制度、采购过程中遇到的硬件障碍、自身软环境障碍等几个方面谈了作者的粗浅的看法 。
At present,government purchasing is very popular.But it comes into operation on Books and periodical in University Library,should be up against some questions.They are regimes of government purchasing,hindrance of hardware and software in purchase course.In this paper,It raises some countermeasures and points of purchasing on books and periodical in university library.
